Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to Render Bridge services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

1. Services

Render Bridge provides a monthly design subscription service. All work is delivered digitally. We work on one design request at a time, in the order they are received. Subscribing does not guarantee a specific volume of completed work per month, as delivery depends on the complexity and nature of each request.

2. Payment and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of sign-up. Payments must be made in full before design work begins. Render Bridge reserves the right to pause active work if a payment fails or is delayed. Continued access to the service is contingent on successful billing.

3. Refund Policy

A full refund is only applicable if you submit a design request through our official process within the first 7 days of your subscription and Render Bridge fails to acknowledge or begin work on that request. If work has been initiated, no refund will be issued regardless of the stage of completion. Dissatisfaction with a design direction does not qualify for a refund as revisions are included to resolve this. Render Bridge is not liable for chargebacks initiated after work has commenced. Any chargeback disputes will be contested with evidence of work delivered.

4. Revision Policy

Unlimited revisions apply to the original design brief submitted. Revisions must refine the original concept and cannot be used to submit an entirely new or unrelated brief. If a client significantly changes the project direction mid-revision, Render Bridge reserves the right to treat it as a new request and add it to the queue. Revisions requested after a project has been marked as complete will be treated as a new design request.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing clear, complete, and accurate briefs at the time of submission. Render Bridge is not liable for unsatisfactory results caused by incomplete, vague, or misleading briefs. If a brief lacks sufficient information to begin work, Render Bridge will request clarification. The timeline will not begin until adequate information is received. Clients must respond to clarification requests within 5 business days. Failure to respond may result in the request being moved to the back of the queue.

6. Intellectual Property

All design files and assets created by Render Bridge remain the property of Render Bridge until full payment for the relevant billing period has been received and cleared. Upon successful payment, full ownership of the final delivered files transfers to the client. Source files are provided at Render Bridge's discretion. Render Bridge reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing prior to project commencement.

7. Acceptable Use

Clients may not use Render Bridge services to create content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringes on the intellectual property of third parties. Render Bridge reserves the right to decline any request that violates these conditions without issuing a refund.

8. Account Sharing

Each subscription is for use by a single client or business entity. Sharing subscription access with third parties, reselling access, or using the subscription to fulfil work on behalf of other businesses is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the subscription without a refund.

9. Pause and Cancellation Policy

Clients may pause their subscription once per billing cycle. A pause takes effect at the end of the current billing period and resumes at the client's request. Pausing does not carry over unused days or entitle the client to additional work upon resumption. Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. Cancelling mid-month does not entitle the client to a partial refund.

10. Turnaround Times

Render Bridge aims to deliver most designs within 48 hours on average. These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by client unresponsiveness, incomplete briefs, or scope changes are not the responsibility of Render Bridge. Render Bridge is not liable for any business losses resulting from design delays.

11. Limitation of Liability

Render Bridge's total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for the current month's subscription. Render Bridge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered designs.

12. Changes to Terms

Render Bridge reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Payment and Billing

Current pricing is introductory and subject to change. Render Bridge reserves the right to revise subscription pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes at least 14 days in advance via email. Continued use of the service after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. Clients who do not wish to continue at the revised rate may cancel before the new pricing takes effect without penalty.
